Bloom is a mental health and career-building platform designed to address the growing issue of youth unemployment and suicide in Korea. Through in-depth interviews, we found that the leading cause of suicidal thoughts among young people is job insecurity and dissatisfaction—even after securing employment. Many struggle because their academic majors don’t align with their career paths, leading to frustration and loss of purpose.

Bloom bridges this gap by helping users rediscover their strengths and align them with meaningful career directions. Using AI-generated daily missions, Bloom guides users to explore potential careers, develop practical skills, and build confidence step by step. Our goal is not only to support employment but also to empower young adults to achieve emotional stability, self-worth, and long-term independence in society.
